Margaret V. Zeiser

Margaret V. Zeiser is an accomplished, certified Paralegal in our Deer Park office with more than 15 years of extensive experience specializing in plaintiff-side Personal Injury, Labor Law, and Medical Malpractice litigation. She manages complex case files from initial intake through trial preparation, with deep expertise in drafting legal pleadings, managing discovery, and coordinating state and federal e-filings. Known for her strong communication skills, Margaret serves as a vital liaison between attorneys, clients, and medical providers to ensure seamless case management. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Adelphi University, holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Suffolk Community College, and is a certified New York State Electronic Notary Public.
