Jessica James serves as an Intake Paralegal, playing an important role in welcoming new clients and guiding them through their first interactions with the firm. 

Drawing on her prior paralegal experience, Jessica brings a strong background in client communication, case management, legal documentation, and confidential file management.  She works closely with the firm’s legal and claims teams to gather essential information, coordinate documentation, and facilitate the efficient evaluation and transition of new matters..

Jessica’s multilingual communication skills allow her to assist a diverse client population. She communicates in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, furthering the firm’s commitment to providing accessible and personalized service to every client.
