Meet Aaron Lebenger, Esq.
Aaron Lebenger joins the Law Office of Seni Popat, P.C. as a Senior Associate Attorney with more than 40 years of litigation experience. He focuses on complex personal injury matters and takes an active role in the firm's litigation practice, handling depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation at every stage of a case. Aaron also brings a mentorship dimension to our team, collaborating with junior attorneys and helping elevate our practice as a whole. He is admitted in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Meet Margaret V. Zeiser
Margaret V. Zeiser brings more than 15 years of paralegal experience to our Deer Park office, with a focus on plaintiff-side personal injury, labor law, and medical malpractice litigation. She manages complex case files from initial intake through trial preparation, handles legal pleadings, discovery, and e-filings, and serves as a key liaison between our attorneys, clients, and medical providers. Margaret earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Adelphi University, holds an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Suffolk Community College, and is a certified New York State Electronic Notary Public.
Meet Alijah Francois
Alijah Francois serves as a Legal Assistant and Receptionist at the Law Office of Seni Popat, P.C. and, as the person who is often the first point of contact for new clients, she plays a meaningful role in setting the tone for every client relationship. Alijah assists with client intake, scheduling, case file management, and daily administrative support. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with plans to attend law school, and she gained valuable legal experience through a judicial internship with Honorable Judge Darlene Harris in Nassau County Family Court. Fluent in English, Creole, French, and Spanish, Alijah is a wonderful addition to a team that prides itself on serving clients from every background.
