Sukhjot Saroya

Sukhjot Saroya (pending admission to the New York and New Jersey State Bars) is an associate at the Law Office of Seni Popat, where she advocates for individuals facing personal injury and bankruptcy matters. She understands how overwhelming legal challenges can be and is committed to providing steady guidance, clear communication, and strong representation throughout every stage of a case.

Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, Sukhjot serves a diverse clientele and ensures clients feel comfortable communicating in their preferred language.

Sukhjot earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in May 2025. She passed the July 2025 Bar Examination and is currently awaiting admission to practice in New York and New Jersey. During law school, she concentrated on litigation and negligence-based coursework and was an active member of the Moot Court Trial Division, where she further developed her courtroom advocacy skills.

Originally from Alberta, Canada, Sukhjot earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary. Prior to law school, she worked and volunteered within the Calgary court system, assisting individuals with matters ranging from criminal law to traffic violations. These early experiences solidified her dedication to helping clients navigate complex legal situations with confidence and clarity.
