Anda V. Alexandru, Esq.

Anda Vanessa Alexandru, Esq. is a dedicated and results-driven litigator committed to providing her clients with exceptional care and advocacy.  A native New Yorker, she graduated magna cum laude from the University at Albany in 2019 before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law— Dartmouth in 2023 on a merit scholarship.  During law school, Anda was awarded the Pro Bono Honor Roll Certificate, conferred by the highest court of Massachusetts, in recognition of exemplary representation and commitment to public service.

Admitted to practice law in New York State and a member of the New York State Bar Association, Anda approaches every case with focus, diligence, and a determination to secure favorable outcomes.  Her diverse legal background includes representing plaintiffs in employment and labor litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, and personal injury matters.  Most recently, she worked at an insurance defense firm, where she gained valuable insight into how insurance carriers evaluate, negotiate, and defend personal injury claims— experience that now provides a strategic advantage in advocating for injured clients.

Known for her empathy and accessibility, Anda serves as a steady support system for those navigating difficult circumstances.  Each case is handled with thoughtful attention, compassion, and relentless advocacy to ensure individuals and businesses are held accountable for harm caused to her clients.  By combining strategic negotiation with assertive litigation, she works to maximize recoveries while protecting her clients’ interests at every stage.

Outside of the office, Anda practices reformer Pilates and hot yoga, valuing physical and mental wellness as essential foundations for strong leadership and effective advocacy.
